Conductor options include 18 AWG and 16 AWG configurations, subject to the selected cable construction and final electrical rating.

3. Inline Fuse Configuration

The power cord can be developed with a fuse configuration based on the intended application. The fuse's rated current, voltage, breaking capacity, dimensions, and holder compatibility should be confirmed for the final assembly.

The available 10A, 12A, 13A, and 15A product ratings are not interchangeable without verification. The complete power cord assembly must meet the requirements applicable to the intended market and equipment.

4. Stripped and Tinned Wire Ends

The cable tail can be processed by stripping the outer jacket and tinning the exposed conductor ends to support downstream assembly.

Custom tail length and processing details can be discussed according to your production line requirements. Please confirm the required stripping length and wire-end drawing when requesting a quotation.
